Returns and Exchange
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@muave.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What are the policies for Returns/Exchanges?
For Apparels -
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your Stickerswale's purchase!
- We offer free 7-day no-questions-asked returns/exchanges on both Prepaid and COD orders.
- Shipping charges are not to be refunded for any orders
If you choose to return/exchange, follow these steps -
1) Mail us at minhaj1235@gmail.com with your order ID, Phone number, And the reason for exchange/return, Kindly also add images & videos wherever required.
2) You will have to send the product back to us and once we complete the quality check, the exchange/return will be processed. Additionally, we will refund you the shipping amount in terms of store credit, with a maximum amount cap of Rs.150. You will need to share the shipping invoice with us.
3) Please allow us 7 days to process all returns and exchanges once we receive the product back.
4) Please ensure that returned items are unworn and undamaged, If the product fails quality check your request won't be processed.
5) If refund is required please read this carefully,
-For Prepaid orders, you'll get a refund on your original payment mode within 2-3 working days after the shipment is back to us and the quality check is completed
-COD order, you'll receive a refund on the selected payment mode with 5-7 working.
- Note that products purchased on Sale/Discounts are only applicable for exchanges and not returns.
For all other products - (Stickers & custom Stricker's )
We maintain a less than 1% defect/error rate. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us, and provide a photograph that indicates a problem.
For Quality Issues - We need a Proper Photograph.
For Missing Items in order - We require an Unboxing video.
Photograph/Unboxing videos help us investigate the issue, only after which we can give you a resolution.
In case of Quality Issues / Defects -
We will reproduce any defective items after verifying the issue. Since each sticker is freshly made for you, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality.
For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it or prefer a different product. The most important aspects of our returns & refund policies are:
We must be contacted within 72 hours from the delivery of any defects.
We require you to submit a photograph that indicates the problem.
We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.
We will reproduce or refund your order within 5 days if we verify that we made an error.
We will use the original production time and shipping method when reproducing an order.
All sales are final.
In case of Missing items issue -
We will provide a resolution in terms of refund or sending you the missing items. Since such issues have to be investigated on both our warehouse level and Logistics company level, an unboxing video is a must. For example, we cannot refund or reship your missing items if you don't have enough proof for us to investigate the issue.
We must be contacted within 72 hours of the delivery of any defects.
All sales are final.
What do you mean by a 100% satisfaction guarantee?
If there's a quality problem with your order, contact us and we will replace any defective units for free.
My order status is showing Delivered but I haven't received the order.
In such cases, you need to contact us within 24 hours of the Order status changing to deliver.
We will ship you the new order or refund you the money based on the response we receive from the Logistics company.
Please note that we won't be able to entertain your request after 24 hours of order status changes to Delivered, These rules are set by all Logistics companies in India and we have no control over this.
Can I return my order if I do not like it?
If there is a problem with your order, contact us and attach a photograph that indicates the problem and we will address it accordingly.
