Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe:
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after placement. Please note that during sales or peak order times, delivery timelines may be extended due to high demand. We strive to ensure quick and safe deliveries under all circumstances. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Costs:

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3000.
  • COD Orders: An additional ₹50 handling charge applies for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We recommend prepaid payments for contactless deliveries.

Undelivered Orders:
In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If your order cannot be delivered after these attempts, a refund will be processed. This refund will either be credited to your Mauve wallet or to the original payment source. Wallet credits can be redeemed for your next purchase with Mauve, offering you flexibility and convenience.

This shipping policy ensures that your orders are handled with care and delivered as efficiently as possible, with both prepaid and COD options available.
